st3 无法安装插件

问题描述：

  1. sublime text 无法安装 package control
  2. 安装完 package control 以后依然无法安装插件

解决方法：

针对问题 1：直接手动安装 package control 即可

  1. 找到 Installed Packages 文件夹
  2. 下载 Package Control.sublime-package 然后移动到 Installed Packages 目录
  3. 重启 Sublime Text

针对问题 2：替换 package control 的 chanel 设置

  1. 打开 Preferences -> Packages Setting -> Package Control -> Settings - User
  2. 增加下面设置
